Circlips
Distributors for major manufacturer - Rotorclip. The standard material for circlips, with the exception of smaller external types which are made from Beryllium copper, is carbon spring steel.
Other materials are available on request including stainless steel (DIN 1.4122), phosphor bronze and beryllium copper.
Circlips offer a single fastening mechanism which typically reduces the number of components required, and helps to save costs by reducing waste material.
There are many variations to the basic internal and external circlips to suit all applications, particularly where rotation is permitted but where lateral movement needs to be prevented.
