There are two ranges available; the core range consists of male or female fixings that are available with small, medium and large Heads,
in materials carbon steel or 316 stainless steel and makes choosing your fastener simple.
The extended range offers various other styles of fixings, if the core range is not suitable.
What are bigHeadsĀ®?
Embedded and surface bonding fasteners.
bigHeadĀ® fasteners offer a fixing like a threaded collar, stud, nut or pin is welded to a perforated head and are ideal for creating a secure fixing point on a component.
Its unique design enables a plastic or composite component to be fastened securely with no holes, no punching or drilling. The bigHeadĀ® can be installed after the manufacture of the parent component, āpost-processā, or during the manufacture, āco-processā.
The fixing point enables the component to be efficiently fastened within an assembly or combined with secondary fastening elements.
