Clarendon Specialty Fasteners, Inc. (“CSF”) acquired Aircraft Hardware West (“AHW”) on Monday, September 20, 2021.

CSF is an aerospace wholesale distributor and value-added services supplier to the Aerospace, Defense, Space, High Performance Automotive, and Industrial market sectors. It is part of Diploma PLC, an international group of businesses supplying specialized technical products and services to a diverse customer base and end market sectors. Diploma is listed on the London Stock Exchange (DPLM.L) and is a member of the FTSE 250.

AHW is a leading stocking distributor of aerospace and commercial fasteners and is an excellent strategic fit for CSF. AHW will bring complementary and extensive experience in aircraft fasteners and associated products within the OEM Aerospace and Defense market sectors.

Since being established in 2002, AHW has expanded into new markets and established new facilities in both Mexico (Chihuahua) and Texas (Gainesville), strengthening its offering to a growing customer base as well as complementary value-added services. AHW has an excellent team of dedicated employees, who offer first-class, reliable customer service and have developed working relationships that make AHW a trusted partner in their customers’ success.

AHW’s CEO, Frank Ioffrida, will remain with the business and will report directly to CSF Vice President, Arnaud Zemmour. AHW is headquartered in Long Beach California, close to the CSF facility in Huntingdon Beach, and ideally located for many key customers.
